Keto Deviled Green Eggs and Ham



These Keto Deviled Green Eggs and Ham are a playful twist on the classic deviled eggs, perfect for a keto-friendly snack or appetizer. Made with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh herbs, these deviled eggs are filled with diced ham and chopped spinach for a vibrant green color and extra flavor. They're fun, flavorful, and sure to be a hit at any gathering!

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices cooked ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions:

Cover the eggs with water in a saucepan

On high heat, bring to a boil

Put the lid on the pot and turn off the heat

After 10 minutes, let the eggs sit in the hot water

Move the eggs to a bowl of ice water after 10 minutes and let them cool all the way down

After the eggs have cooled, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise

Toss the yolks in a bowl after taking them out

Use a fork to mash the egg yolks until they are smooth

The egg yolks should be mashed

Then, add Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Mix everything together well

Add the diced ham and chopped spinach and mix them in until they are spread out evenly

Spread or pipe the deviled egg mixture into the egg whites that have been cut in half

If you want, you can add more chopped parsley as a garnish
