Ingredients:
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the linguine until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Put cherry tomatoes in the pan and cook them until they begin to get soft
Add the lump crabmeat and stir it in
Cook for a few minutes until everything is hot
The heavy cream should be added and mixed in well
