Cheesy Crab Pasta



Enjoy a rich dish of Cheesy Crab Pasta, which has al dente linguine pasta covered in a creamy Parmesan sauce and chunks of succulent lump crabmeat. This recipe is a delicious mix of seafood and cheese that would be great for a fancy dinner treat.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the linguine until it is al dente

Remove the water and set it aside

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat

Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good

Put cherry tomatoes in the pan and cook them until they begin to get soft

Add the lump crabmeat and stir it in

Cook for a few minutes until everything is hot

The heavy cream should be added and mixed in well

When the linguine is done, add it to the pan and toss it around so that all of the sauce covers it

Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the pasta and mix it in until it melts and becomes creamy

Add pepper and salt to taste

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
