Baileys Fudge

This simple recipe for Baileys Fudge is a great treat for Christmas or any other holiday. The rich flavor of Baileys Irish Cream is mixed with the smoothness of white chocolate to make a delicious and rich dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 400g 14oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 200g 7oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8 inch 20x20cm square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off

Put the chopped white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, Baileys Irish Cream, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave

In 20-second bursts, stir the mixture in the microwave until all the ingredients are melted and well mixed

Watch out not to heat the mixture too much

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

As soon as the pan is ready, pour the mixture into it and use a spatula to smooth the top

Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets

When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan and cut it into squares or rectangles

Get your Baileys Fudge ready to eat and enjoy! Put any leftovers in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge
