Ingredients:
- 4 cups sushi rice
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Nori seaweed sheets

- Wasabi
- Pickled ginger
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice
Melt the sugar, salt, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat
Wait for it to cool down
Spread cooked rice out on sheets of nori seaweed, leaving a little space at the top
Along the bottom edge of the nori, put the fillings
If you have a bamboo sushi mat, roll the nori very tightly
Cut the sushi roll into small pieces that you can easily eat
Put it on the plate with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi
