These Country Barbecue Potatoes are a great side dish for any family get-together or barbecue. The barbecue sauce gives them a lot of flavor, and the outside is crispy while the inside is soft.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and diced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Add the diced potatoes to a large bowl
Add the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Mix the potatoes so that they are evenly covered
Lay the potatoes out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are soft and golden brown
After the potatoes are done, take them out of the oven and put them in a bowl to serve
Pour barbecue sauce over the potatoes and mix them around to cover them all
If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish
