Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies



These gluten-free vegan peanut butter cookies taste great and are also good for you. They're simple to make (only a few ingredients) and great for when you're craving something sweet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond flour together in a bowl until everything is well mixed

Mix in the salt and baking powder until dough forms

Take spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls

Then, use a fork to make the classic criss-cross pattern

Put the cookies on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown

Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet

Then, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling
