Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburgers

The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburgers are a mouthwatering delight with juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and all the classic burger fixings. Perfect for a weekend cookout or a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 pickle slices

Instructions:

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat

Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size

Add salt and pepper to each patty

Grill or griddle the bacon slices and cook them until they are crispy

Take it off and let it dry on paper towels

For medium-rare, cook the burger patties on the grill for four to five minutes on each side

You can cook them longer if you like them more done

Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking

Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown

On the bottom half of each bun, spread mayonnaise

Then, add ketchup and mustard

After putting a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, add a burger patty with cheese sauce on top of that

Put crispy bacon, chopped onions, tomato slices, and a pickle slice on top of the burger

To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top of the ingredients

Enjoy your Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburgers hot with your favorite sides
