Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Melt the butter in the Instant Pot by pressing "Saute
" Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
